FAST AND FRESH – Street Eats

2 hour class.  Cook and Eat.

Tonight you will learn how to cook and prepare 3 delicious quick seafood recipes showcasing a variety of New Zealand seafood matched with seasonal produce.  New ‘Fast and Fresh’ class format is ‘Cook and Taste’ – no demonstration to start with.  Chef will be on hand to help you work through the recipes – start with delicous prawn and fish dim sims with Hoisin dressing followed by the ever popular salt and pepper squid with pickled cucumber PLUS Mi Goreng.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.  Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
