FAST AND FRESH – Street Eats

2hr class.  Cook & Eat.

Sample cuisines from some of your favourite ethnic cultures and share the tastes and flavours of delicious treats from around the globe.  New ‘Fast & Fresh’ class format is ‘Cook & Taste’ – will include a short demonstration by chef of how to prepare and cook your seafood then head to the hands -on classroom to starting cooking.  Chef will be on hand to help you work through your ‘Street Eat’ recipes. Start with Tunisian style fish with a tomato and capsicum sauce served with crusty bread Plus BBQ scallops, chorizo and red onion in a bao bun  followed by BBQ fish kebabs in lime and ginger marinade.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.  Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

John Campbell

John Campbell trained in New Zealand before travelling to Sydney and through Asia, surfing whenever there were waves. He landed in London and worked in restaurants and hotels while gaining a certificate in Advanced Cookery at Westminster Catering College.

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
