FAST AND FRESH – Everyday Delicious Seafood

2hr class.  Cook & Eat.

Tonight your chef will showcase 3 delicious quick seafood dishes designed to fit into a busy weekday schedule.  New ‘Fast and Fresh’ class format is ‘Cook & Taste’ – a quick 15 minute demonstration then straight into cooking the recipes with assistance from your chef.   Tonight you will be cooking pan-fried white fish on a herb and vegetable gratin.  Bbq chorizo with squid and red onion  PLUS BBQ Fish Kebabs with a fragrant lime and ginger marinade served with vegetable rice.

Complimentary beverage on arrival

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm

John Campbell

John Campbell trained in New Zealand before travelling to Sydney and through Asia, surfing whenever there were waves. He landed in London and worked in restaurants and hotels while gaining a certificate in Advanced Cookery at Westminster Catering College.

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
