 2 hr class.  Cook & Eat.

Tonight you will learn how to cook and prepare 3 delicious quick seafood dishes designed to fit into a busy weekday schedule or cooking at the bach.  Fish is one of the quickest meals to prepare – learn how to blend your seafood with seasonal and fresh flavours to ensure minimal cooking time and maximum flavour combinations.  New ‘Fast & Fresh’ class format is ‘Cook & Taste’ – no demonstration to start with.  Chef will be on hand to help you work through your recipes.           

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm
