FAST AND FRESH – Effortless Entertaining on the Grill

2hr class.  Cook and Eat.

Experience the pleasures of grilled seafood recipes PLUS learn a variety of BBQ techniques and ideas from your chef with a focus on ‘Effortless Entertaining’.  Following a short demo by chef head you’ll head through to the kitchen and chef will be on hand to help you work through the recipes.– all cooked to perfection on the grill.  Start with grilled Squid, cherry tomatoes and green olives on bruschetta, with a fresh rocket and citrus vinaigrette. Followed by seared salmon fillet, grilled seasonal vegetable salad with an English mustard and miso mayonnaise.

Complimentary beverage on arrival. Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

A devotee of the great seafood New Zealand has to offer his passionate teaching styles allows Mark to focus on the very best of seasonal produce combining flavour, texture, presentation and encouraging a visual appeal through presentation techniques.
