Festive Cocktails and Canapes

2hr class.  Cook and Eat.

Finger Food and canapes are perfect for end of year celebrations, light meals and relaxed summer holiday evenings.  Tonight your chef will guide you with some fabulous seafood canape ideas and recipes to help plan your special seasonal events.  Following a short demo by chef head you’ll head through to the kitchen and chef will be on hand to help you work through the recipes.

Complimentary Cocktail (or beverage of your choice) on arrival. Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Colin Doyle

Cooking has always been a passion for self-taught Australian cook Colin Doyle. When he arrived in New Zealand from the United States, having just completed a PhD in X-ray Spectroscopy, he decided that he should pursue culinary as well as academic endeavours, and a teaching role at Auckland Seafood School has allowed him to progress from kitchen assistant to teaching chef.
