Dinner Party Masterclass – Fizz and Fins

Enjoy a complimentary beverage & platters in the bar from 6pm then go on to learn about flavours and ingredients to recreate some fabulous recipes to present at home.  Your chef will also help you out with some great menu planning advice plus tips and ideas on creating delicious meals to entertain.  Following on from our theme at theSeafood School, the recipes will be fresh, seasonal…and also a little bit special.

With a wicked sense of humour and incredibly talented repertoire of recipes, Marco creates modern New Zealand cuisine with a classical European base using the best and freshest ingredients available
