2½ hr class.

There is something a little bit decadent in the air today as we share an afternoon of exceptional seafood, premium Babich wines and Birkenhead Brew Co artisan beers.  Today your chef will showcase salt and pepper scampi, grilled crayfish tacos and seared gamefish with roasted fennel and olive, each paired with a beverage match.  Complete your meal with biscotti and coffee.

Complimentary Beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 1.30pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 2pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
