Coastal Spain

 Thanks to the long coastline of Spain, combined with the two archipelagos islands, the Balearics and the Canaries, fish and shellfish are all elements of the Spanish table. Cooked in the traditional spices of Spain, saffron known as red gold, garlic, rosemary and pimento are all essential herbs and spices that support and reinforce the flavour in a typical Mediterranean diet. On the menu is a delicious rape con vinagreta picante (grilled fish with spicy vinaigrette followed by a Spanish seafood stew.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from from 5.30pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
