Coastal Spain Seafood

Combine an expansive coastline with two archipelagos islands, the Balearics and the Canaries, you get a wonderful array of fish and shellfish that are all elements synonymous with the Spanish diet. Cooked in the traditional spices of Spain, saffron, known as red gold, garlic, rosemary and pimento are all essential herbs and spices that support and reinforce the flavour in a typical Mediterranean diet. In this class prepare calamari , grilled artichokes and proscuitto with a garlic lemon dressing on bruschetta followed by market fish with a bell pepper salad with cherry tomatoes, olives, capers and sherry vinaigrette.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
