Chef Series – Glen File, ex Head Chef The Grange, Baduzzi.

Welcome to an exclusive evening with one of Auckland guest chefs, Glen File ex  head chef of Baduzzi  and The Grange, smales farm. Glen is one of New Zealand’s hottest emerging kitchen talents, awards include Cuisine Best Specialist Restaurant 2014, Runner-Up Best Market Bistro, as well as earning Two Hats, a decoration coveted by all New Zealand restaurants. Glen describes his food as classic comfort food full of flavour with a simple modern twist, his class is not to be missed. where they will showcase some of NZ finest seafood in 2 delicious recipes, matched with Babich wine maker series.  Tonight start with market fresh fish crudo with cucumber, apple sumac and watermelon seeds followed by whole flatfish pan roasted and with capers, fennel and zucchini finished with a citrus butter.

Complimentary beverage and cheese platter on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
