Celebration of Seafood – New Zealand King Crab

Celebrate the ultimate in NZ Crustacean. Tonight your chef will show you his ‘tips and tricks’ in three delicious recipes. Start the class with a glass of prosecco and enjoy from a complimentary platter on arrival. Limited spaces available. In tonight’s class learn how to prepare New Zealand king crab and serve it with classic garlic butter and king crab salad of  coss, corn, cherry tomato and dill with a wasabi vinaigrette.

Bar open from 5.30pm onwards.   Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School in 2017, he was Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
