Oysters, Oysters, Oysters ‘Oh how we love you’ Celebrate the ultimate in decadence with a night of Oysters. Tonight your chef will show you his ‘tips and tricks’ in three delicious oyster recipes – learn the skill of shucking and preparing these truffles of the sea.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.
