Oysters, Oysters, Oysters ‘Oh how we love you’ Celebrate the ultimate in decadence with a night of Oysters. Tonight your chef will show you his ‘tips and tricks’ in three delicious oyster recipes – learn the skill of shucking and preparing these truffles of the sea. In today’s class make a stunning shallot and pepper mignonette, kilpatrick oysters and three cheese oyster gratin.
Complimentary beverage on arrival.
Bar open from 5.30pm onwards. Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Jamie hails from Kent in the United Kingdom. Also known as "The garden of England", known for it's great produce. Jamie moved to Aotearoa 10 years ago and fell in love with the people, lifestyle, amazing produce and kai moana. Jamie has 20 years cooking under his belt. What an awesome evening. Great food, company and entertainment. Wonderful chef – approachable, knowledgeable and passionate about the food.

A great way to enjoy a relaxed and entertaining Sunday brunch with a difference. We invited along some friends and created our own bench of 5.

The Filleting class is amazing! Chef John Campbell is entertaining and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and I can now fillet the catch!
