Bringing this wonderful melting pot of colourful cultures and food together in fresh seasonal seafood recipes blended with the spices and fruits of the Pacific and the produce of NZ to create flavour combinations that stimulate the taste buds. In this class you will cook 2 delicious seafood recipes inspired by the fusion of NZ and the islands of the pacific. Tonight make a  delicious raw fish salad  with citrus followed by prawn kebabs with mango and coconut.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Arrive anytime from 5.45pm onwards.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Was a little nervous about the whole ‘cooking thing’ however the chef and the people I cooked with made things a breeze – plus heaps of fun.
