Fish is a staple of the pacific diet, and tonight we celebrate this wonderful melting pot of colourful cultures and food fusions. Based on local ingredients that are harvested from the surrounding ocean, rivers, and rich pastoral and agricultural landscape & the abundance of them. Flavours are fresh, subtle or spicy, drawing inspiration from countries throughout Europe, Asia and the Pacific Islands. Enjoy your meal with a chilled glass of Babich wine designed to match your meal.

 

Complimentary Beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
