Continue the BBQ season in style!  Join us to share a highly informative and delicious seafood grilling session.  Experience the pleasures of grilled seafood recipes PLUS learn a variety of BBQ techniques and ideas from your chef.  Enjoy the fresh flavours the season has to offer – all cooked to perfection on the grill.  Alongside our delicious Babich wines we will have a range of Artisan NZ beers and premium bubbles available for sale at the bar also.  ENTREE:  Malaysian spiced prawns, seared watermelon, coriander, chilli lime dressing, micro salad, cashew crumble MAIN: BBQ seared market fresh fish, flame grilled corn salsa, grilled and roasted red pepper dressing and guacamole SIDE: Julienne salad – chardonnay vinaigrette
