From Eastern to western cuisine a great fusion of local produce and New Zealand seafood, from family favourites to sophisticated seafood dishes.  Tonight you will be cooking pan roasted gurnard with a chilli and cashew relish with braised Hijiki plus a delicious Cloudy Bay clam and bacon chowder – New England style.
