2½ hr class.  Celebrate the first class of 2019! Fresh New Zealand Seafood matched with Artisan NZ beers and Babich wines.  Sample cuisines from some of your favourite ethnic cultures and enjoy cooking and sharing the tastes and flavours of delicious treats from around the globe.

Complimentary beverage on arrival.

Bar open from 5.30pm.  Class starts promptly at 6pm.

Paulie Hooton

The Seafood School’s head chef, Paulie Hooton, has more than 25 years’ experience working in some of New Zealand’s most iconic restaurants. Before joining the Seafood School, he was most recently Head Chef at the award winning The Oyster Inn on Waiheke Island.
