Thanks Sandy for sending us a photo of your fish cakes recipe. Sandy purchased a copy of the cookbook last week and is already recreating her version of the recipes at home. The wonderful thing about this recipe (apart from the obvious delicious fish cakes – where you can use any soft white fish available) is the eggplant dip which can be enjoyed separately served with bread and hummus.
