Chef Steve Roberts Venice Food Adventures Part 2

Recently Chef Steve Roberts attended an Electrolux conference in Venice.  He stayed at Villa Luppis, a historic hotel originally built as a monastery by the Camaldolite monks at the beginning of the 11th century.  In this second installment, chef shares another one of the amazing meals he enjoyed in the hotel’s gorgeous dining room…Fruits of the Sea.  Water is vacuum packed to create the ‘sea’ and sits on a bed of sand.  A delicious array of seasonal seafood is cooked to perfection and is presented on top.  ’A wonderful concept and the seafood was bursting with flavour and perfectly cooked’.  Hotel Luppis:
