Chef Colin Doyles recent trip to Italy

Chef Colin Doyle enjoyed a wonderful few weeks away recently visiting Turkey and Italy.  He shares some of his foodie travel stories with us:

“The outdoor markets of Catania come alive in the morning with sellers showing their wares.  The array of seafood, displayed on huge marble slabs of ice is completely sold by lunchtime.  By evening the area is transformed into an open outdoor dining area full of tables from the surrounding restaurants.”
