Chef Colin Doyle’s recent trip to Istanbul

Chef Colin Doyle enjoyed a wonderful few weeks away recently visiting Turkey and Italy.  He shares some of his foodie travel stories with us:

“In the back streets of Istanbul I came across the most amazing Turkish pizza. All the master pizza makers have smooth arms because they test the heat of their wood fired ovens by sticking their arms in.”
