The school has a cash bar with beverages available to purchase throughout the event. No need to bring aprons, knives, utensils – we provide everything!

Kaye manages the public class bookings.
For Kaye no two days are the same as there is always something new and exciting going on at the seafood school and then of course there are the fabulous recipes that the very talented team of chefs design for each class, which definitely keep her inspired in the kitchen at home.
Kaye keeps busy outside of work with a busy family life; two teenage boys with evenings and weekends full of sports – winter rugby, snowboarding and downhill mountain biking and summer months enjoying the beautiful beaches with lots of surfing and relaxing.
