The Team at Auckland Seafood School
Jo has been working in the hospitality industry for 20 years.
Taking a break to study business & finance and work in the property market, she missed the buzz of the hospitality industry and reintroduced herself back in as the Manager of the Seafood School which she has been enjoying since 2007.
Lynne coordinates the corporate and rental events.
She has been with the school since opening in 2004 when chef Peter Gordon presented his seafood recipes as the first guest chef.
Since then Lynne has seen great changes and events happening at the school. She has travelled the world, lived in and visited many countries over the years but still believes New Zealand is very lucky to have access to the quality of seafood, produce and talented chefs that are able to bring everything together at the school.
Kaye manages the public class bookings.
For Kaye no two days are the same as there is always something new and exciting going on at the seafood school and then of course there are the fabulous recipes that the very talented team of chefs design for each class, which definitely keep her inspired in the kitchen at home.
Kaye keeps busy outside of work with a busy family life; two teenage boys with evenings and weekends full of sports – winter rugby, snowboarding and downhill mountain biking and summer months enjoying the beautiful beaches with lots of surfing and relaxing.
